ITINERARY:

DAY 01 : Arrive Delhi

Arrival at Indira Gandhi International Airport Delhi, Meet and Greet and transfer to hotel, Overniight stay at Hotel in Delhi.

DAY 02 : Delhi

Morning after breakfast proceed for tour of Old Delhi visit Red Fort - a marvel in red sandstone, built on the banks of River Yamuna by Mughal Emperor Shahjahan, Continue to the Jama Masjid, largest mosque built from 1644-1658, during the reign of Emperor Shahjahan. You will end your morning tour on a cycle rickshaw through the famous Chandni Chowk Bazaars, once the shopping arcade of Mughal royalty. Later visit Mahatma Gandhi’s Memorial at Raj Ghat, where the Father of the Nation was cremated. (Red fort closed on Mondays).

This afternoon’s tour of New Delhi starts at the Qutab Minar, whose construction began in 1200 AD by Qutab-ud-din Aibak, the first Muslim ruler of Delhi, but finally completed by his successors, Iltutmush and Firoz Shah, is believed to be erected as a tower of victory to signify the beginning of the Muslim rule in India. Later visit of Emperor Humayun Tomb Humayun mausoleum example of style and Mughal architecture. You will drive past India Gate, dedicated to the nation 10 years later by the then Viceroy, Lord Irwin. Another memorial, Amar Jawan Jyoti was added much later, after India’s independence and ending the day’s tour with a drive past of the Houses of Parliament and Presidential Palace, both grandiose masterpieces of the British Raj. Stay overnight at the hotel.

DAY 03 : Delhi - Karnal

After Breakfast at Hotel, Check out and drive 125 KM/3 Hrs to Karnal , upon arrival check in the Hotel, Later visit National Dairy Research Institute , The National Dairy Research Institute as the premier Dairy Research Institution undertakes research, teaching and extension activities towards dairy development in the country. Being the National Institute, it conducts basic and applied research with the objective to enhance animal productivity and also to develop cost effective technologies for the benefit of the teeming millions. Evening Back to Hotel, Overnight stay at hotel in Karnal.

DAY 04 : Karnal – Patiala

After Breakfast drive 125 Km / 3 Hrs to Patiala, Upon arrival check in the Hotel, later visit local village and Agriculture farm for different method of farming, evening visit for local sightseeing of Patiala. visit Qila Mubarak Complex The Qila Mubarak complex stands in 10-acre ground in the heart of the city, and contains the main palace or Qila Androon (literally,'innerfort'), the guesthouse or Ran Baas and the Darbar Hall. Sheesh Mahal was built behind the main Moti Bagh Palace to serve as a pleasure complex.The paintings in two of its well maintained, mirror-worked Patiala chambers are of Kangra and Rajasthani qalam, depicting the poetic visions of Keshav, Surdas and Bihari. Gurdwara Dukh Nivaran Sahib: This shrine is situated in what used to be the village of Lehal, now part of Patiala city. According to local tradition, supported by an old handwritten document preserved in the Gurdwara, one Bhag Ram, a jhivar of Lehal, waited upon Guru Tegh Bahadur during his sojourn at Saifabad (now Bahadurgarh), and made the request that he might be pleased to visit and bless his village so that its inhabitants could be rid of a serious and mysterious sickness which had been their bane for a long time.

DAY 05 : Patiala – Bhatinda

After Breakfast, driver 155 Km/3-4 Hrs to Bhatinda, upon arrival check in the Hotel, later visit the local farm , Bathinda is one of the largest food grain and cotton markets in northern India; the area around Bathinda is a prolific grape growing area. We will visit few farmers and see their way of agriculture. Evening visit Damdama Sahib is situated in the village of Talwandi Sabo near Bhatinda. This is where Guru Gobind Singh stayed for nearly a year and compiled the final edition of the Guru Granth Sahib known as the Damdama Sahib Bir in 1705, also visit Mazaar of Haji Rattan. Overnight at hotel in Bhatinda.

DAY 06 : Bhatinda – Ludhiana

After Breakfast, drive 145 Km/3-4 Hrs to Ludhiana, upon arrival check in the Hotel, today we will visit Punjab agriculture University ,PAU is a state agricultural university in India. It was established in 1962 and is the nation's third-oldest agricultural university, The PAU has played a key role in increasing food grain production in the Punjab State several folds share its reputation and ushering in an era of Green Revolution in India. It has made notable contributions in increasing livestock and poultry production. In recognition of its outstanding achievements in agricultural research, education and extension, it was adjudged the Best Agricultural University in India in 1995. We will also visit Museum , One of the biggest agricultural universities in Asia, the museum was modelled after the famous Land Grant College of America .The museum building looks like one of the traditional houses in rural Punjab. Its long path, flanked on both sides by water channels makes for a lovely sight. A unique agricultural and cultural hub, one can visit cow farm, goat farm and as well as horse farm. Those interested in heritage and, history should not miss out on the miniature of mountains and rivers, water flow from different regions to reservoirs farm. Overnight stay at Hotel in Ludhiana.

DAY 07 : Ludhiana – Hoshiarpur

After breakfast drive 75 Km/ 2 hrs to Hoshiarpur, Upon arrival check in the Hotel, today we will visit the farms with modern technology of Farming, in this area farmers are having poly house farming etc, evening back to Hotel, Overnight stay at hotel in Hoshiarpur.

DAY 08 : Hoshiarpur – Amritsar

After Breakfast, drive 110 Km/ 3 Hrs to Amritsar, upon arrival check in the Farmer’s Villa, today we will visit Zero Budget farming by Pingalwara Charitable society, it is 40 acres natural farming with no chemical and pesticide is used, In evening visit Indo-Pak Wagah Border to watch Flag Retreat Ceremony- Wagah, an army outpost on Indo-Pak border 30 Kms from Amritsar where the daily highlight is the evening "Beating the Retreat" ceremony. Soldiers from both countries march in perfect drill, going through the steps of bringing down their respective national flags. As the sun goes down, nationalistic fervour rises and lights are switched on marking the end of the day amidst thunderous applause. Overnight stay in Farmers Villa.

DAY 09 : Amritsar

After breakfast a, Start your city tour with the blessings of Golden Temple-the most important Sikh shrine also known as Harimandir Sahib and Darbar Sahib. Then visit Jallianwala Bagh- the place that reminds every Indian of the brutal and hearless massacre by British general Dyer. Visit Durgiana Temple: - The temple complex houses Shree Laxmi Narayan Mandir with a huge pond on its periphery .Maharaja Ranjit Singh Museum and Panorama in Ram Bagh The landscaped garden with summer palace of Maharaja Ranjit Singh in the center. The Maharaja later named it Ram Bagh. It has a museum with relics of Mughal era and hand drawn sketches and portraits of the ruling Sikhs.

Afternoon is at your leisure, overnight stay at Farmer’s Villa .

DAY 10 : Departure

After Breakfast, we are transfer to airport for your flight to Delhi with connecting flight for your final destination.
